USANA Fuels Ridlon Kiphart's Climb to the Top

We have something really cool for you today. You may have read about Ridlon "Sharkman" Kiphart's adventures on previous posts (here, here, and here).

Well, he recently sent us a pair of videos from his trip to the top of Cho Oyu. At 26,900 feet (8,200 meters), it's the sixth-highest mountain in the world!

The cool thing about the videos (other than the incredible determination and fitness it takes to accomplish such a climb) is that Ridlon credits USANA for helping him reach the summit.

As you'll see in the videos, he called the trek "Rev3-powered" and discussed the importance of proper nutrition. Ridlon says his supply of Nutrimeal and Nutrition Bars helped him on his journey.

"It's a huge challenge," Ridlon says. "There's probably nothing harder mentally, physically, and logistically than summitting an 8,000 meter peak."

As a bonus, the scenery is simply spectacular! Read more about the trip on his blog and be sure to follow him on Twitter @ridlon.

For now, enjoy the videos!
