Live Meeting: Utilizing Social Media/PR to Build Your USANA Business

If you've been following this blog and paying attention to Dan Macuga's talks at Celebrations and Convention then no doubt you have a great idea what the PR / Social Media department does for USANA.

If you're not aware of everything or need a little refresher, check out this condensed list of items that we work with on a daily basis.
  • Sponsorships — We are happy to be the official supplement supplier for many athletes. Be sure to watch this coming February to see some of the people USANA sponsors in the winter 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver.
  • Microsites — We have a unique opportunity to push individual brands further with the development of our microsites like www.drinkrev3.com.
  • Celebrity Events — We help spread the word about USANA at great celebrity-filled events. We had a great time in L.A. for the Melanie Segal "Be The Change" Oscars Lounge, presented by Sensé Beautiful Science. Next up was the Melanie Segal MTV Movie Awards Gift House, presented by Rev3. And finally, we attended Kari Feinstein's Emmy Style Lounge, where stars enjoyed all of USANA's products. Look for more of this in 2010!
  • Social Media — There's a good chance that you are on top of USANA's social media efforts already. But if not, be sure to follow us on your favorite platform, Facebook, Twitter or one of our two blogs, What's Up USANA and our corporate blog.
Hearing all this information is nice, but it really asks a bigger question. How can this information be useful to you, and more importantly how can you use it to help build your business?

Well, I'm happy to say that Dan is putting together a great presentation to help answer those very questions right now. And better yet, he will be giving the presentation this Saturday in a Live Meeting (listen to his invitation).
